She is deeply engaged with science-based and traditional approaches to healing through food and self-care. Her trainings include Food As Medicine and The Gut Brain and has been practicing meditation and yoga since 1999.
She is committed to a feminist approach that honors all body shapes and sizes while collaborating in radiant wellness.

Dr. Rachelle is a holistic doctor specializing in Naturopathic, or natural, medicine. She was inspired by life experiences and family health concerns to prevent and treat chronic illnesses. Her deepest passions are in women’s health, weight loss for heart health and blood glucose regulation, and hormone balancing. Dr. Rachelle addresses such concerns by using health aids such as therapeutic diets and nutrient supplements, herbal medicine, Chinese medicine, and homeopathy. At the core of all of this is health education and lifestyle counseling. After completing a Naturopathic Residency program, Dr. Rachelle has joined the Holistic Fertility Center in Berkeley, California.
